EDT: official youtube link in next post

I'll update this op once a better source becomes available. For now it starts at the 2 hour mark here: https://www.twitch.tv/starcitizen/v/84518331

Gameplay is about ~50 minutes long but at least in my opinion it's very much worth a full watch.

If you do pre-order, use my referral code: STAR-6NJJ-442K

Gives both of us some in game currency I guess.

Alright!!  So if I buy it currently I won't get the newest update so I need to preorder 3.0?

Or if I buy any of the game packages I'll get the 3.0 update for free or pay for an update?

The game is still in alpha. If you buy any of the packages here excluding the first one saying 42, you're buying the full game and get alpha+beta access for the rest of development.

I bought this package back when it was alpha 2.1 and I can just keep on downloading the latest alphas for free. At release Star Citizen will be $60 and all ships will be earnable with in game currency.

Squadron 42 is a single player game that they're also making. My package includes that as well. It will also release at $60, sometime within the next year.

It was pretty embarrassing that they guy couldn't get into the spacecraft because the ramp was too high

Nah that part was fun!

The jank in the demo really showed it was a real wip look, not a stitched together stage show.

For the actual game though they need to add shocks to landing legs. That'd make them look better in general, and also solve this problem. Grabbing ledges would also be a plus.

Or the ability to climb.

Cool cool!! Yeah I think that's the package that I'm gonna go for!  Still need to take some games over to gamestop and trade in for some cash since cash values are the same as in store credit right now until august 28th.

Looks very cool. Very laggy at times though and some items looked subpar compared to the overall quality of the visuals

They uploaded a higher quality video that also doesn't cut away

I think it's fun that this game is such a power hog. Maybe by the time it releases graphics cards will be strong enough for it.
