HYPE BACK BABY!!!

By far the thing I enjoy the most about Elite is just feeling like I'm in a believable universe. The gameplay mechanics are always disappointing and grindy but this patch seems to have some other stuff too.

The water in that station is freaking LCD!!! Talk about awesome.

Docking capital ships!

Space elevator!

Active geysers placed in scientifically accurate locations! Crypto Volcanoes also teased!!!

Time for day 2. This time I'm attempting to stay up late instead of wake up early.

2am to ~ 4am then ~8am to 10am is the worst timing I've ever had to deal with for a livestream. On top of that, Frontier's live streams are incredibly slow and boring. All 4 days of live streams could be condensed to 10 minutes and not lose much.

Oh and freaking hyped for aliens

Wow I've been playing this game for a very long time and yet just today I learned it has actual orbital mechanics.

Only limitations seem to be the game's max speed limit and single body physics.
