Well i finished the models.....  
Shapeways gave me a minimum of 80$ for one of the parts...  

Any alternatives?

There are, dont know them off the top of my head. What does it look like?

Shapeways is the best 3D printing for price vs quality.

However you could try 2D laser cutting your box. Break it up into 6 sides and it'd be super cheap.

I agree with this.  When I was researching broken PS3's one thought was how could the solder be broken when the PS3 never gets hot enough to warp/break the solder.  I'm not saying it can never happen, but it shouldn't.  So I think all those YLOD PS3s have broken GPUs.  Which I think you might actually be able to buy from China for like 10 bucks.

Looks like i might pick up a 360 kinect off ebay. I want a 3d scanner and thats the cheapest option. Would go v2 but reconstructMe says it isnt good for 3d scanning.

Well I got the SDK, Skanect downloaded and a kinect on the way. I hope it comes with the power supply, I got it off amazon used.

yeah I want to start doing some scanning and doing more photogrammetry for creating textures.  I believe almost all of battlefront textures are made from photogrammetry.
