These first two month sales will die.

August it will increase due early Xbox One S adopters and after that it will decrease until die in early  2017 due waiting for Scorpio.

It's at number 2 on amazon this month. It might actually beat the ps4 in NPD one last time. But after that it's going to shame the brick. There's zero point in buying an xbox now. Just buy or upgrade your pc. You'll get way more for you money. And access to a much larger library of game.

Yep sales will drop off by quite a lot. XB1 should top August NPD though.

Haha yeah it's definitely people replacing their system. Non owners wouldn't jump on a $100 price increase out of the blue like that.
