Is this comparing to PS3 May 2009?

If true, that is astonishing.
The PS3 wasn't quite hitting it's stride until a little later with the price cut in September (?) and a couple big games like Uncharted 2.

Yeah, I think the PS3 sold 136K in its third May

Interesting note about Ubisoft:

The Division really should be in the Top 10...it really should have managed 80K this month. Instead, it missed the 80K excluding bundles mark by a good amount which is fundamentally disappointing for a title that's as high-powered as The Division.

The Division is the top seller for Ubisoft this month, but it didn't even come close to 80K (like not even to something like 75K) even when you INCLUDE Xbox One bundle units....it was quite disappointing seeing The Division miss the 80K threshold.

February's Far Cry Primal sold just under 40K units and came in the #2 place for Ubisoft, followed by Rainbow Six Siege and all the other Ubisoft catalog.

Considering The Division sold 175K in April (including Xbox One bundle units) and 1.796 million in March, I expected more out of the title, but its legs seem to have faltered.

Yeah online it was weird with the Division. Around launch everyone was freaking out about how good it was, but a few weeks later seemingly everyone hated it.

Approximate percentages:

PS4: ~$133 million software sold in May 2016 NPD (~65% marketshare for 8th-gen consoles) (+88% from last May)
XB1: ~$62 million software sold in May 2016 NPD (~30% marketshare for 8th-gen consoles) (+26% from last May)
WIU: ~$11 million software sold in May 2016 NPD (~5% marketshare for 8th-gen consoles) (-38% from last May)
Industry (Console + Handhelds): $241.9 million software sold in May 2016 NPD (+18.2% from last May)

Therefore, if you look at the industry as a whole:

PS4: ~55% total software marketshare in May 2016 NPD
XB1: ~25% total software marketshare in May 2016 NPD
WIU: ~5% total software marketshare in May 2016 NPD
8th Gen Consoles: ~85% total software marketshare in May 2016 NPD
Other: ~15% total software marketshare in May 2016 NPD

I'm not surprised because the end gaming is abysmal this type of game... repetitive with nothing to do.

They failed where Destiny did success due Vault of Glass.

The new release Homefront: The Revolution by Deep Silver was weak this month with demand hurt by weak reviews.

Ratchet and Clank didn't completely collapse from its release last month and it's not significantly below the 80K threshold to enter the Top 10. Use simple conjecture and there you go, you have your Ratchet & Clank number.

Like all recent months, hardware was dominated by bundle sales.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 bundles (>120K) and Uncharted 4 bundles (<70K) dominated PS4's 207.3K hardware sales, while Gears of War: Ultimate Edition bundles and Choose Your Game bundles dominated XBO's 107.1K hardware sales. The good majority of people purchased 500 GB Xbox One bundles in lieu of the 1 TB ones (like The Division and Rainbow Six: Siege).

In comparison, the Xbox One Elite bundle (that comes with an Elite Wireless Controller) had very weak sales...again. It has completely failed to drive consumer demand in the USA.

Thanks Aqua.
Looks like pretty good numbers for R&C.

I did not expect much from Homefront.
