Mark Cerny takes the stage at E3

Trailer starts playing for Knack 2.... shortly before the end of the trailer a Crash Bandicoot shaped Knack appears... the trailer ends

Cerny starts speaking again

"That's right, thanks to an unprecedented partnership with Activision Crash Bandicoot will be an available skin for Knack for everyone that pre-orders the day-1 edition of our new game Knack 2: The Knackening, available 2017."

...the conference has to end prematurely due to riots.

If any conference was going to end due to riots it would have been the PS Experience 2014, when square enix trolled everybody with the ff7 port

Yeah, I guess, lol.

Knack 2 happening annoys me more than that though, it also annoys me more than third party multiplats being at E3 or having deals with Sony in general. Sony (presumably) putting one of their first party studios to make a sequel like this, that hardly anyone was seriously asking for kinda pisses me off.

Maybe they outsourced it. It's possible

But even with Horizon and Persona 5 delays as well as Knack 2 rumours I'm still happy not to be in the shoes of Xbox owners who will likely officially be told next week, that the console they have is basically just going to be a crippled PC going forward.

But for people that don't want a crippled PC, they can buy Scorpio!


It'll be incredibly interesting to see how MS reveals all of this. After the Xbox One blunder they'll hopefully have learned how to communicate.

The Scorpio is just a not quite as crippled PC, it's still lacking tons of functionality and games that a real PC has.

Or simply a better PC.

The Scorpio will have to be very competitive power per dollar-wise in order to be attractive. However, that likely means taking a significant loss per unit.
