Lol, let's not even go there. I highly doubt this game will come back, I'm almost 100% sure it won't be exclusive even if it somehow does.

Then again just imagine the meltdowns that would happen, if Rockstar show up at this years E3 to re-announce Agent as a PS4 exclusive, especially with the RDR2 rumours that have been going around.

The trademark is probably meaningless.  
They had an extension, a few weeks before last E3 as well.

I'm pessimistic about Agent appearing. Last E3, we had clues of FFVIIR (Kyoufu's bet), TLG (Zoetis), and Shenmue III (Yu Suzuki's forklift tweet) being announced. Everyone dismissed them as such because they were outlandish. So far, we haven't had something like that regarding Agent (or Sony is doing an excellent job keeping this a secret).
