Wouldn't dirigibles be extremely easy to shoot down?

Huge surface area and zero protection. Might take a while for the helium to escape, but they'd be death traps.

Also riding horses in combat zones with machine guns and explosives. This ain't the Wild West.

WWI is a terrible choice in my opinion... boring story based in a war that happened most in trenches than open areas.

And BF is always this dark/gray graphics without life... they needs to start to use a more real world color pallet in the game... show more lifefull florests and vegetations in their games.


They missed the chance to make BF5 in a more modern way...

umm no go read some history,  the war was much much lager then the western front.   the great war was all over the world, from forests, the alps, deserts of arabia, and large open areas on the russian front.   there were large seiges on forts, aswell as large naval battles.

im heaving 2 dedicated vehicle classes, 1 for tanks 1 for pilots.  also looks like there are still the traditional classes

I do find it interesting how the internet has such a hateboner for Cod, while being completely forgiving towards Dice and Battlefield, Battlefront was criticized for tons of shame and Battlefield 4 was broken for ages as far as I'm aware, but here we are with next Battlefield and people are 100% right back on the hypetrain.

I do find it interesting how the internet has such a hateboner for Cod, while being completely forgiving towards Dice and Battlefield, Battlefront was criticized for tons of shame and Battlefield 4 was broken for ages as far as I'm aware, but here we are with next Battlefield and people are 100% right back on the hypetrain.

as far as reveals go, CoD as shame and BF1 was outstanding. but Dice did take A LOT of shame for BF4 if i remember correctly.

I don't know how the games will compare but the battlefield trailer was 10x better than the cod trailer.

Amazing looking graphics!

Still most interested in Titanfall 2 out of the 3 shooters though. Can't wait for more news on that.

I would have personally chose in this order
1. Vietnam
2. Modern
3. 2142
4. 1942

Any of those I'd be very happy with.  Didn't really consider WW1 but now that it's revealed I'm very excited for this.  About dang time we got a modern AAA WW1 game.

Edit: and with this nothing like bf4,  modern warfare fans will continue to heavily populate it's servers for years to come.

IMO the trailer was the definition of average.

Just a lot of fast action cuts with with monotonous pacing. The footage itself was the only reason it's enjoyable.

BF4 was never fixed... the save bug happens all the time... the net code is terrible.
