LOL no.  Both consoles with rumored revisions were up.
 

Both XB1 and PS4 are up YOY, though for the PS4's case, it's not up as "strongly" as February.

To be fair from the talk on NPD thread SFV did fine in 2nd month... the drop was fine at all... possible > 50k.
