I have no idea how to measure this stuff at all but I found Street Fighter V to be too difficult with Remote Play's input lag. I recorded a short video of both screen simultaneously at 60fps (on my phone) with training mode's input display turned on. It looks to be around a 5-frame delay (on top of whatever display lag my TV already has).https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wSqfT3vS9AQ

His was a 10 second video with two types of monitors. I have two of the same and they are very low lag. To bad that sun is killing the right side of the screen.
