Naughty Dog Developing A New Jak And Daxter Chapter? | NerdLeaks

This is far from confirmation of anything but given this artist's history, it's worth looking into. Naughty Dog may have said in the past that they don't see themselves going back to the pre-Uncharted days but things can always change. Maybe they just need the right inspiration.

I hope so!
At least made by a small team.  Have like 30 people working on it.  Have everyone else working on something new.

im with you both

for fudges sake people, stop asking for ND to return to Jak and Daxter, and to Crash as well. dont ruin Naughty Dog. the direction they are headed towards is perfect. story driven action games. thats what they need to keep doing.

Just because most of their games are of a particular style doesn't mean they can't do something else.
Media Molecule for example, LittleBigPlanet and Dreams, their really big projects are basically centered around user generated content.  That doesn't mean they can't make something that isn't.  For example Tearaway.  They set aside a very small team that ended up making a game.

Besides that, after Jak and Daxter, the Jak series was actually very story driven.

It really isn't as big of a departure from what they are doing right now as you seem to think it is.

I don't want another jak but I would like something more fantasy and less realistic.
