Well according to ZhugeEX and Moon Studios, smaller groups haven't received anything to get started on development.

Xbox Live apparently having problems again not long after they claimed it was fixed. Some people have tweeted that they've had problems for 8 of the last 10 days.

ZhugeEX has posted about this prior to the Ori dev tweet. Seems smaller groups aren't getting them.

Nintendo are shooting them selfs in the foot again. they just dont get it, my gosh how can a company be so stubborn and stupid
