This thread too is a bit LttP but its fine :D

So I decided to play Uncharted 1 and 2 on the PS3 (even though I own the Nathan Drake Collection on PS4) - had purchased the dual pack last year off of Amazon for like $20 new.

The purchase was worth it but wouldnt be until after I buy my PS4 that I would get to play it ;p

I didnt have the time to play it and was playing other games - but man - the last two days of November 2015 was a blast for me. Got to play AND finish both UC1 and UC2 back to back  - and I have to say it has become one of my favorite Sony franchises (alongside God of War and WipeOut).

I plan to play Uncharted NDC sometime soon and before UC4 comes out next year!

Sorry got no image for the gameplay time o.O - it just shows the last chapter for both games and cant see game clock like for RPGs.

Game: Uncharted Drake's Fortune

Pros
+A lot of unlockables which lets players choose how to play the game such as slowing down time, increasing time, playing in black or white, etc
+There's also costumes that can be unlocked with other features by collecting treasures
+Gameplay for the most part is enjoyable especially during combat scenes
+Puzzles are nicely done and even assists you in times when you are stuck by giving hints
+A good variety of weapon types and weapons

Cons
-Game is very linear in design
-Not much exploration as there are only treasures and weapons/ammo
-No multiplayer in a game that feels like MP would be great.

Uncharted 2's rating is too low.
Also there should be a time when you are in the loading screen.

Agree with this!

Although, its my GOAT so I'm biased. Using Basil's system I'd give it a 97 I think.

Nice review, Basil!

Oh ya - I do admit the part that I hated the most in Uncharted 1 was the part where you have to go through the River and avoid the exploding barrels - that shame pissed me off lol

Also forgot to mention was surprised to see Resident Evil Lickers in Uncharted!

Oh god yeah that bit was awful. Took me a stupid amount of tries to get through it and I was getting very annoyed.

They were interesting creatures that's for sure, quite creepy. That part of the game was well done.
