Let's make rocks useful.  As we know there's a long history of thievery on these forums And there's no way we can fight back. So what I'm suggesting by making rocks useful, by throwing one a thief in a timely manner could gain you all or most of you money back. The faster you throw the rock the more you get back, which will also add an new tactic to stealing, As they would want to do it at the right time to make sure they run off with the loot.

So what do you think? Make rock's useful?

Yeah, why do rocks get to litter our country, while us people have to work hard?
I say, we either deport them or put them to work!

Rocks should be made to wear labels so we know who they are

I had a few more Ideas.

A sling shot, this will allow you to hit a thief that as gone past the normal time a normal rock throw would be successful. Be careful a sling shot has only so many shots and you'll have to buy a new band, after two band replacements you'll have to buy a whole new sling shot.

The shovel, Think of each post as a square of land in a grid with a shovel you can dig someones post and maybe you'll find something useful! Shovels have limited number of uses so Dig well!
