Capcom Cup is a few weeks away (PSX Show).  One last tournament before the last spot in the tournament is decided.  Poor PR Balrog :'(, he gave up his spot.

Kazunoko took it.  Poor Daigo.  He was beasting, but he couldn't reset the bracket.
