I seriously doubt he actually has a project right now. Maybe some kind of plans for the future but he just finished Phantom Pain which took years of his life and then this shame storm with Konami and Silent Hills falling through. What's he going to announce at this point? "I'm going to make a game in the future".

We'll see. I'm not convinced his presence at The Game Awards is anything more than an industry icon invited by Keighley at a transitional time. Gives Kojima something to do and gives Keighley's show more credibility.
