QuoteIf you were looking forward to playing Street Fighter V and taunting opponents while singing "Butt slap, baby, butt slap" to the tune of "Love Shack," prepare to be disappointed.

I refuse to buy this game as long as the censorship remains.

But the children

I know you're being sarcastic but it would kinda suck if these things would make the game M-rated and thus make some parents not buy the game for their kids when they want it. Street Fighter isn't a game that has to be M-rated and if the editing of this overall not that important stuff helps the game keep its teen rating then I don't mind it.

Call it what you want. It was there and now it's not. Games with more questionable content received a teen rating. I don't buy, for one second, that a butt slap turns the game mature. Not buying it as long as this change stays.

Because in a game where people beat the shame out of eachother, a butt slap is too much. Besides, the fudge are children doing playing a Teen rated game?

Also, the ERSB ratings state reasons why a game is rated E, T, or M.

Cause teen is considered 13 and up. But if you feel the removal of a buttslap is enough for you to boycott this game then go ahead. I think it's pretty ridiculous cause it wouldn't take long until you'd stop paying attention to the buttslap anyway but suit yourself.

It's not the butt slap. It's the principle. If I wanted to see dog slapping, I have bad stuff. I don't care what your opinion is on how I handle it.

What's the principle then? I mean how often do you think things are being changed in games before they are out? The only mistake that Capcom made was changing something that was already shown.

What do you think the principle is? Do I really need to spell it out for you? Not wasting my time. Not buying it unless the change is reversed. Simple as that. You made it clear you don't agree with me and I made it clear I don't care. Nothing further to discuss. I'm not interested in changing your mind.
