Oh go fudge yourself MS, if all you can think of for your Halo PR is this complete battleship then just shut up and say nothing. Seriously the whole MS PR team should just straight up be fired at this point, Phil fix that BS.

Kerotan

Anyone else fear Microsoft will try hard to clamp down on Halo 5 NPD leaks?

Because if NPD leaks suggest it only sold 1.2m in the USA, we'd know the sales from the UK and Japan so we'd be able to guess it's sales roughly around 1.6m.

Personally I'd have WW at 1.8m which is bad by halo standards and would expect why they're gone all super secret sauce on us.

To be fair, this is one of Microsoft's better PR moments. The company has said dumber things than this.

Honestly, I don't think so.

"currently the highest rated Xbox One exclusive, first-person shooter game of 2015"

Halo 5 is the only fps exclusive...

MS doesn't control NPD.

Oh my god that is the best PR ever. Amazing. Flop confirmed.

MS and the new level of PR spin.
That is why they needed time to release the PR.

Unsurprisingly,  Halo sold something like 30k less in japan. Sure, 36k was insignificant to the few million it sold but so far the trend isn't looking good and I expect it to follow in rest of Europe and in NA

But they could put massive pressure on them to stop the leaks.  Next 3 months are the big 3. Let's hope cream doesn't suffer the same fate as aqua.

Not as good as the spin from certain GAF members :P

Quote from: Xevross on Nov 04, 2015, 05:07 PMSo halo flopped in Japan as well.
It's not surprising when the console is not even close to exceeding 100K sales LT.
