This reveal is just so weird.

PGW is right around the corner, and PSX/The Game Awards are just after that. It's common to announce games before the press events, but usually just the title and a teaser is revealed.

This is a very slow build up and has TONS of Ubisoft's weight behind it, so it feels like it'll lead up to a proper full game reveal in a few hours. Why would they announce it now? Save it for next E3 if you must.

Farcyr during the stone age sounds awesome. but this being announced so soon is worrying. after Farcry 4 it was clear they could use more dev time on the game to make it perfect. to add variation to the map and work on multiplayer more. however if this is a full farcry game ill still buy it. FC4 was fantastic. just dont put in any shanagra la nonsense or what ever it was called.

i wonder if this is a mainline Farcry game or a spin off.  Farcry is a shooter, and while it would be awesome to have one with just bows, arrows, spears and crosbows. i wonder if Ubisoft would take that risk.

i love farcry, and i would love a spin off series where there would be one in different settings with different gameplay and style like this. and one with guns and crazy weapons.

also i SO fudgy hope this has dinosaurs. dinosaurs would be perfect for a farcry game... please ohh please let it have dinosaurs.
