Remember Derek Smart, the dev that I brought up a while ago as being a hack?

Well about a month ago he had his lawyer send a letter to Star Citizen demanding that they stop embezzling money, give all their financial records to him for review, refund all their donations, etc, etc, etc. or else he'd sue them.
