I haven't played Star Ocean 1, 2 or 4, but this better be better than that garbage they called Star Ocean 3.

Can't comment on it, but Star Ocean 3 has such terrible game design on the second disk.  Like, literally I had to fight a boss, took everything I had, then became a random encounter in the next room.
