Yeah so why is the article acting like OR is releasing significantly sooner than PM? Or did I interpret that wrong...

"The next few months will certainly be telling whether Oculus VR have got it right, or if SCE have with its later launch."

Don't even know if we actually know which will release first.  Oculus probably, but as far as I know both have the same launch window at the moment.

QuoteDear Batman: Arkham Knight PC community,

The teams have been working hard to address the issues with the PC version of the game. We are happy to confirm that we are now putting the first interim patch into testing. If all goes well, we expect to issue the patch in the next few weeks. We'll be sure to report back in the next two weeks on how the testing is coming along.

Below are some of the major fixes and improvements you can expect in the upcoming patch:

• Reduced frame rate hitches
• Optimized system memory and VRAM usage
• Improved performance on all GPUs (requires the latest drivers)
o Min Spec AMD GPU is once again the Radeon HD 7870 2GB

• More Robust In-Game Settings, including:
o Added the ability to change settings for Max FPS to 30/60/90
o Added toggles for Motion Blur, Chromatic Aberration, and Film Grain
o Added a "High" Texture Resolution value
o Added Texture Filtering option
o Added an Adaptive V-Sync option (NVIDIA only)
o Added VRAM Usage Meter
o Added Mouse Sensitivity Slider & Mouse Smoothing Option

• Fixed low resolution texture bugs
• Fixed hitches when running on mechanical hard drives (HDD)

While our first priority is fixing the issues listed above, the team is continuing to work on the following:

• Skipping the boot up splash screens
• DLC/Season Pass content
• Additional updates such as Photo Mode

We again thank you for your continued patience as we work on these issues. As always, we are continuing to monitor and listen for any additional issues.

Not yet.
Suspect it'll go back when the patch is released.

So XCOM 2 was delayed to 2016

On another note, I am trying to upgrade to Windows 10 on my laptop but after the first of three steps when it restarts I only see a black screen and the mouse cursor. Can't do anything. Anyone know about this?

I think you just let it sit.

Well I force shut it down and restarted and then the upgrade continued. Now it's stuck at 40% though...
MS sure isn't making this upgrade easy

Black Screen while installing Windows 10 - Super User

Do you have multiple monitors?

Actually some people seem to be saying that even though they have 1 monitor windows detects 2....

I do not have multiple monitors for my laptop. I'm going to try and disable the CPU embedded graphics card next time. Tried this twice and it stops at 40% each time. If that works it's quite ridiculous. Should be easy for MS to fix...

Windows launches usually have lots of problems.

And like I said some people were saying even though they had 1 monitor, windows was detecting 2.

if it doesn't work in the next try I'm just going to give it up. MS fooled me into thinking the upgrade would be easy, which is why I said "ok, sure" in the first place
