MP2 got 86
So really... They haven't been all that great sense ps2. While Alan Wake scored decently enough it didn't do well with gamer, in other words didn't sell too hot.

I think that has to do more with how new IPs tend to be overlooked by the Xbox fanbase. I don't know why, but new IPs just don't do well on Xbox systems most of the time.

New IPs are always a tough sell, even more so when it's not the type of game that your fanbase would enjoy.
But it does sound like it sold fairly well to be honest.  3.2 million is not bad (albeit in like 5 years, and 2 platforms.)

Well, that Kotaku article on Quantum Break is causing quite a ruckus on Chertz... Honestly, I wouldn't have cited Kotaku in the OP. The two articles Ethomaz cited are more appropriate and also proves that the disappointment with Quantum Break is not isolated to one site.

I think Quantum Break will be a lot like the order, just without the length issues. Very polarizing opinions.

Quantum Break and The Order are the types of games that really need a good story. Both of them have laborious gameplay, so it comes down to the story to keep the player's interest. The Order's story was engaging at the start, but fell short at the end. If Quantum Break's plot is good from beginning to end, then it should do fine.

QB has the player make decisions on the story, right? Think that'll make things harder for them.

Yeah, you have choices in QB, so that puts in extra work on the storyline.
