I think the trailer actually looks pretty cool. I think this series would actually be taken very seriously if they didn't crud out games so fast.

It only works because he is crapping them out fast. It's not a type of game that would survive as a franchise over many years. It's based on a single gimmick basically so the guy is capitalizing on its success now instead of letting it die by waiting a few years between games.
