The forum has ads, google is watching you

With forum 2.0 I was also able to get google ads. So these should be good quality with no sketchy links or pop up crud. For starters if you ever experience a bad ad, please let me know.

Instead of going in the batman thread, talk about the ads here!

Why am I doing ads, you might ask? It's cause I want to get the shop raffle backup, and this time around I want to give away real things. $10 psn voucher, amazing! Free indie game like Journey, incredible! A coffee cup with my face on it, unbelievable! etc, etc, etc. The pitiful amount I make from ads will go directly back into fun things for the community. On that note, DO NOT falsely click on ads in an attempt to make more money for the raffle. If google catches you cheating the system, then I'm kicked to the curb.

So how would you like ads handled? Put some at the top of the page, on threads, on your profile, in your signature, within your posts? Also even though kitler complains about there being too many options, I'm going to make having ads a user option. Adblock isn't as good as removing them at the source.

We've actually had ads last august: ADS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But only hours later: VizionEck, now ad free!!!!!!!!!!!!
