No.

Sounds like the game was ready to release for like Feb. Sean says they were planning to announce the release date at e3. But then "something" outside his control stopped that.

Ie Sony set up a deal for it to release the same day as pm. Thus the extra time also allows them to release on pc simultaniously.

Sounds like we should have gotten a pm date. But maybe they pulled it last minute.  One show cant contain all that awesomeness.
