Sony is legitimately showing Half Life Alyx on PSVR2, despite the fact that you can't play it on PS5.

dang, just outright saying use steam...

... is sony planning to buy steam?   i swear at the rate things are going steam will be the better playstation experience than buying a playstation.   


dongle is more expensive that i would have hoped.    they mailed me a free dongle to allow my psvr to work on ps5.   i would have hoped that this effectively being a way to sunset psvr 2 that the dongle would at least have been sold cheaply.   ...like $10.    i had kind of hoped this would be the thing i needed to want to get a psvr2 but this isn't helping.  


might just make more sense (financially) to assume GT7 and Horizon will get ported to steam and figure out a PCVR hardware instead of psvr2.

I can't believe marketing people listened to resetera and the like. Now instead of a fun show, they're equivalent to a stream of trailers before a movie. Kinda feels like the tide has started to turn though so I'm a bit hopeful about the future.

was odd to me they every released a version where you couldn't do this.   wasn't a very "console like experience".

this is either the most amazing thing ever or this is going to end up a huuuge headache for sony:

the video strongly implies the eyes on the touch pad blink.   in the video they say "dramatization.".    the psblog makes no mention of this at all.   the general video game press is explicitly reporting that the eye's blink.

...if the eyes really blink this i the most epic controller ever.

...if they don't than dear god sony is likely getting sued.
