Depends, if his CPU and Ram is dead, just change them. Unless they're stuck in their sockets (My P4 got stuck to its motherboard)I got it fixed. There's a bug in intel's thermal monitor. I had to shut it off. I hope they get it fixed soon. It was thinking the pc was always overheating and down clocking it. But he's fully watercooled so it shouldn't hurt anything anyway.
