we have always had foxes "in the area" but I used to see them at most 2-3 times a year.  this new family must be living much closer because I see them 1-2 a day for the last 3 weeks.  the babies are really cute.  my neighbor has a picture of one holding up it's paw to their storm door window to "touch" the hand of their 5 year old.  

we also have coyotes "in the area" but I've only seen it once in 10 years in my yard.  usually I see it in the natural area a few miles away.
