Some positive reviews too. People are all over the place.

the poor critical response seems in-line with previous titles.  

too many "not GTA" based criticism.   to my friend that loves these titles the "not GTA" seems to be part of the appeal.   he loved some of the old GTA titles (specifically vice city) and hates how modern GTA "forgets it's a game and supposed to be fun".

Basically what I am hoping from this game is that its not gta and that its over the top fun
