It's a space rocket, not a missile rocket. They used it to put up a new part of their space station.

For whatever reason they just leave it to chance and hope it doesn't hit anything on the way down. This is the third time this has happened. Last time it crashed in the ocean which was fine. The time before that it crashed in Africa near a village.

if it crashes into america (unpopulated area or not) china will be on the wrong side of a nuclear warhead...

Just a bit further and it could have hit china.  ...would have deserved that.
