I have only played the first one. Something felt off about the prequel and lis 2. I hope this one is more like the first one.

The prequel was great, but i can't get into 2.  I want proper sequel to first.  I got much more invested in those characters and story than i did on LiS 2

What happened to the art style? I think the added detail is almost working against it, making me think of the Sims.

Nothing really interested me expect it being in Colorado. The devs are local so I'll have to try it out.

Really? I feel the artstyle is pretty similar, tbh.   I think it looks great.

No it is not a school setting.  

This one is not episodic like the others either.
