 Looks to share a lot of assets with Assassin's Creed Odyssey.

 Players said it included Breath of the Wild-style climbing.

 

 It looks to have been a very early developer build.

Probably testing the game on Stadia and it accidentally went public.  Plausible.

With people working from home, stadia could be a great tool during development. Yeah prob just went public (although real stupid that a mistake like that is possible).
