Why would it be good or bad?  
It's probably bad for the UK.  Good for the Netherlands.

If it was not good for Sony then they should not move.

But I'm asking if it is good for the team... and yes it is good or bad for everyhody involved.

It's good for Sony because they can avoid the uncertainty caused by Brexit. It's bad for the workers because although there are no layoffs at the moment, Sony will probably stop hiring new people in the UK and massively downsize. They did the same thing 20 years ago when moving to the UK.
