How do you feel about the ratio of new threads to news posted within threads?

I mostly like having threads for new news if the news is interesting to people in general even if the news doesn't directly impact them. Hbu?

New threads for any new game announcements, new movies, or other pretty big news, always!  Other than that I don't really care either way on anything else.

I'm okay with most things being in the hub threads. Some major things deserve their own thread though. I don't really mind seeing other people making threads of less important stuff

And I feel like it's a bad look for the forum, if it doesn't look like we are posting news.
