and that is why i'm going back to selling real estate.  The state of this industry is insane right now.

isn't the housing market bad too?

the affects of the interest hikes haven't really worked it's way though the economy yet imo.   i'm not saying things will crash but a recession is pretty much a guarantee.

ehhh its not been bad around here.  Obviously not as great as 2-3 years ago, but from what i've seen the market is fairly healthy.  The housing market will likely go towards some more price reductions, but given the fed is supposedly gonna be looking to reduce rates(likely not happening till next year) the market will probably pick up and potentially push prices up.  Housing inventory is still the biggest issue so far.  

mostly i'm using real estate as a way to fill in any 3d freelance gaps I may have.
