Sony and Nintendo working together to make Zelda live action movie

The film will be produced by Nintendo and Arad Productions Inc., and directed by Wes Ball. The film will be co-financed by Nintendo and Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc., with more than 50% financed by Nintendo. The theatrical distribution of the film will be done worldwide by Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc.

Wow. No one saw that coming, especially after Mario.

I love it though. Live action could really distinguish it from Mario and stop it from feeling like a sequel to that. Not the best or worst director so hopefully Nintendo can get good results.

I just finished the HBO TLoU.  it was Soo good.  Sony more than anyone can help Nintendo make this work out well.

Sony Pictures TV has some incredible shows under their belt. They helped produced Breaking Bad, The Boys, Community.
