It'll probably fizzle out but it's still a cool concept. Not a fan of the cars though. They'll just be annoying obstacles on main street and using autopia to get around the park sounds horrible. I'd only put cars on side streets and turn the car ride into a people mover. Have it visit each land for fun views but have it be a ride only like Cars/test track. Don't have multiple stations. A transport ride isn't needed.

2 billion doesn't seem like enough to make something that "competes with disney"

the location is pretty bad.   OK gets cold in the winter.  it's "tornado alley" too.

the themes are boring AF.  anyone who's been to disney world knows that liberty square is the most empty part of the park.  building an entire park around 'Merica won't resonate with anyone but the rual/conservative portion of america which is a pretty limited audience to draw from.

$2 billion is a lot. Islands of Adventure and Animal Kingdom were both 20 years ago and cost $1 billion each. $2 billion from these people will not make anything that tempts people away from Disney, but it's a huge budget for a park in Oklahoma.

This is pretty much a copy of Disneyland but warped to not be a 1 to 1 copy. Like I don't think their pirates show is a patriotic American adventure, I think it's just a cheaper copy of pirates of the Caribbean. Marketing is patriotic but it just looks like a regular theme park.
