Firewalk was seemingly such a bad studio at the top. Yeah maybe Sony gave them too much trust, but so many of the games issues were obvious. You shouldn't need more user tests to catch this stuff.

I don't know why Sony is approaching live service like AAA development. They should just be releasing a bunch of these for free with low development budgets. If one catches on, then you quickly pivot everyone to support it and make more content.
