It's crazy how lucky Sony has been.

First with BG3 as a timed exclusive and now with Black Myth. Xbox Series S certainly needs to be cut but will that be enough? Will Microsoft need to make sure the next xbox can run PC games natively to make sure it doesn't miss out on games?

Exactly, it wasn't lucky, it's a ramifications of xboxs strategy.

If GTA was slated to release in 2 years I would have bet it wouldn't be coming to Xbox as well.

Obviously it's both skill and luck since the vast majority of 3rd party games still release day and date on xbox.

I mean Xbox has been pretty stupid lately but I think for GTA they'd use their own devs to port the game if they had to. No way would they let GTA be exclusive unless Sony paid for it.

GTA will be an interesting one.   of all the games to come GTA does feel like one that will be difficult to port to S.
