Is this right?
it is a scaled imaged based on the rumored 6 inch (or whatever it is) screen size of the switch.  it's more professional looking and based on better intel but really nothing different then when i made these images a while back:

it's far from "confirmed" but as many of the rumors pre-switch announcement were right i'd say it's got a fair chance of being right.

same.  in this comparision:

the button/dpad to analog layout is just amazing iced up on switch.  looks outright unplayable to me all in effort to have this unrealistic senario supported:

it's like this all over again (and by this i mean the absolute worst control i've had the misfortune of handeling since the original nes).

I'll probably feel better about it that I'm expecting, I'm weird like that.

QuoteAccording to sources close to Nintendo, the Switch version of Mario Kart 8 will feature tons of exclusive content including brand new tracks, new playable characters, and a new-and-improved battle mode. That's right, Nintendo listened to everyone's criticisms about Mario Kart 8's battle mode.

Mario Kart has completed development, and it's planned to be released within the first three months of Switch's launch.

so basically 4 remasters, one cross gen port, and one new game. and im supposed to be hyped?

the-pi-guy

That Mario Kart game will more than likely have a full new Mario Kart game's worth of content while bringing over all of MK 8.

I'm flipping hyped.

Think about  it, you can play those ports on the go for 10 minutes before you have to run to a charger.  Think how revolutionary and amazing that is!

if you were a nintendo fanatic then yes.  let's be honest,.. no one can tell the difference between any of the mario karts anyways so why would they care it is a remaster or not.
