Delighted to hear that every title released in October onwards has to have a pro mode.  That's a megaton for me.  And huge for the console.

Now currently announced titles that I own,
Infamous second son,
First light,
TLOU,
U4,
Shadow of mordor. (haven't started it yet) .

So I'll be enjoying these older titles too.

On my wish list:
Killzone shadowfall,
The witcher 3,
Ratchet and clank,
Fallout 4,
Gta 5,
The order 1886,
Battlefield 4,
Metro redux,
No man's sky,
God of war 3,
Planetside 2,
Rocket league.

I'm sure there's more but that's off the top of my head.

How could I have forgotten driveclub on my wishlist.  Improved detail and 60fps 1080p would be majestic.

I'm sure they could pull off upscaled 4k @30fps and an even better VR experience.

And good to see that reply from insomniac.  Again 60fps 1080p ratchet with even more detail or the option to keep it at 30fps but at 4k would be amazing.

Honestly, Horizon and Days Gone are shaping up to be the best looking games on ps4 and they are open world games too.  So fudgy amazing.

I honestly haven't seen a game look better than Horizon.

Yup it does look great!

Still has the classic Forza shadows though.

Days Gone looks clean to me. I like that, but so far I haven't really thought of it being a graphics king. GOW deserves that title.

The foliage in Days Gone needs some work, but the game is nowhere close to coming out, so I bet Sony Bend will make improvements.

Shadow of mordor is great!  Start it
Is this where I talk favorably about myself?

I'm finding it harder to find games that look better than other games.
How does one compare Horizon to Uncharted?  I just don't know.

Lighting, texture detail, level of details on the environment, scope, animations, character models.  I find Horizon surpasses Uncharted 4 in "almost" everyone of those.

I find games to be almost too pretty now.  i swear i spend more time appreciating the vistas then playing the game these days.

Our old Sony TV from 2009 still looks really good. Would be kinda silly to replace it just for the 4K upgrade.

i bought 2 tvs in 2007. one already broke about a year and a half ago so i kind of expect the other to break soon.  when i replace it i'll get 4k this time and a bit larger than the 46 i bought (~50) but i can wait until there is a real reason to replace it.
