Not sure if they have actual stores or not. I'm still trying to wrap my head around why Microsoft made such an awesome deal exclusive to an online store for Dell.

It's an incredibly standard marketing phrase. Just means the deal isn't honored at physical stores.

The deal could very well not appear anywhere else, but only because other stores didn't like it. Not because Dell has exclusive rights to that combination and price.

Dell and Microsoft have a good working relationship and it's online only. It's also probably not exclusive.
