I imported the Lost blu-ray like 2 months ago. I still haven't watched it, but it's on my list. 

It's likely one of if not my favorite shows ever. The characters are just phenomenally well done

No. 

From what I understand, it's not different on the ripping end of things, but playback is more mixed.  


Apparently you have to make sure that the video layer is selected

The output might not work on something like Plex / it's dependent on what the client takes.  

I don't have any 3d movies, so I never got much further into it.  

But something with:
use BD3D2MK3D to convert to SBS or TAB 
then use that output file.  

But I'm not sure which format is preferred for different players.

ah gotcha. Yeah I have Avatar and some other random ones. I'll try them out at some point.

I have to redo all my harry potter rips cause they for some reason have no sound.

actually kidding they do have sound. When I tried them on my Fire stick plex app they didn't. But on the web app they have sound. IDK

Finished Mad Men.

It's a very good show. It's not quite in the "best show I've ever watched" that it is for some other people, but it is excellent. This show feels like one you watch for the characters getting into trouble. It's a very special show. Mad Men is a slow character piece.

I think the historical episodes where people are reacting to real historical events are really cool. 

Spoiler for Hidden:

For example, there are episodes heavily covering the Moon-landing, MLK assassination, Cuban Missile Crisis, JFK assassination, RFK assassination. Practically an entire episode centered on each of those events.&nbsp; <br>

Trying to get back into Game of Thrones.

Yay got replacement for For All Mankind and disc 2 works fully!! So now entire season is on plex!

I wasn't thinking of this before this post. But some studios will send replacement discs. 

I'm not sure why i didn't think about it before.  

But I had a Community disc that was bad. And I messaged Mill Creek about it, and they sent me a new disc like 3 weeks later.

yeah I've seen some do that. Amazon just sent a replacement next day.  I still gotta send the old back, but eh. The interior of the new one was different too. It had a place for each disc whereas the old one just had one spot for all 4 discs to sit together.
