I'm going with no.  

Quake is interesting. That seems to contradict what Phil Spencer said.  The game doesn't have any kind of legacy on PS4/Switch.  

Skyrim makes a lot of sense since it's already playable on PS4/PS5.  

Maybe TES VI will come to PS5, as they could consider TES V as being a legacy.

TES6 imo might also be too huge. Releasing it on PlayStation for $60 and selling 10 million copies would potentially be worth more than pushing gamepass.

quake is only there because the porting to ps probably started before the ms before bought them and as a port of an ancient game it has no value as an exclusive.

MS viewed Minecraft dungeons as being valuable enough to release on PS4.  

TES VI is the closest thing they have to Minecraft.
