ISS spins out of control, new Nauka module fires thrusters erroneously

Following this morning's docking of the Nauka module to the @Space_Station, the module's thrusters started firing at 12:45pm ET inadvertently and unexpectedly, moving the station 45 degrees out of attitude. Recovery operations have regained attitude and the crew is in no danger: pic.twitter.com/jFlDZD7ZHp

Situation is safe now. Crew is assessing potential damage. Very very very early but this is the biggest screw up in ISS history. This module is cursed.

.@Space_Station crew members are safe and will scrub their schedules for today in order to focus on recovery efforts following the unexpected loss of attitude caused by the Russian Nauka module's thrusters firing. Russia has been having so many issues with their space program.

A sensor didn't fit on the rocket so a person used a wrench to bash it into place...

They installed it upside down.

Maybe it didn't fit because it was upside down...

the rocket was just following instructions. it was all like,... oh shame i'm upside down. i better fix that.
