ISS spins out of control, new Nauka module fires thrusters erroneously

Situation is safe now. Crew is assessing potential damage. Very very very early but this is the biggest screw up in ISS history. This module is cursed.

A sensor didn't fit on the rocket so a person used a wrench to bash it into place...

They installed it upside down.

the rocket was just following instructions.   it was all like,... oh shame i'm upside down.  i better fix that.

Maybe the sensor was the right way up but the rocket was upside down...
