i mean, a quick port of the previous title is legal so i guess why not.   ...but i don't have any interest in this title so i hope insomniac isn't making a sequel.

Insomniac apparently went with MS because they were going to let them keep the trademark.
It's a little funny that Sony owns it now.

technically,.. insomiac is still the IP owner since insomiac is sony now.

Id like a port of sunset, but I doubt it will happen.

Sony should let MS put the game on gamepass for free, in exchange for Sony releasing a port on PS4/PS5
