How on earth can anybody argue he is innocent? Even his lawyers couldn't come up with anything reasonable to say in his defense

per the article:

QuoteCarlson has long cast doubt on the case against Chauvin, who knelt on Floyd's neck for more than nine minutes before his death. In February, Carlson said, "There was no physical evidence that George Floyd was murdered by a cop. The autopsy showed that George Floyd almost certainly died of a drug overdose, fentanyl."

In fact, two autopsies — one private and one done by Hennepin County — both concluded Floyd's death was a homicide.

so to answer your question,... you lie.  you just simply ignore any facts and create your own facts to support your own narrative because you know the audience doesn't want to hear truth.  The audience wants to be told they are "americans" and all those other people are:
- not americans
- not even really people
- evil cannibalistic pedophiles that are destroying "real" america which is of course themselves.

...because once you eliminate their humanity you can eliminate any guilt for the murder by cop, human trafficking of immigrant children, anti-democracy voting policies that make up conservatives current political platform.

Well this is good, can you imagine if it wasn't filmed though. So many other people being murdered by police and not getting any justice, hopefully this starts to change things.

if it wasn't filmed there would never have even been charges.    the report would have said the office feared for their life and thus murdering this civilian wasn't just justified,.. it was necessary.

You see in America:
- police are heroes on the front lines who never do any wrong.
- it's super easy to justify someone's death if they committed a crime 20 years earlier or if they've done any drugs.
