i watched the gameplay video for fenyx rising now.   it lacks a certain "je ne sais quoi"  but all in all it doesn't look bad.   i like the genre so i'll probably get it despite the fact it will probably review near 80.

Its obviously mostly a BOTW clone but they shifted the focus from exploration to just regular AC Odyssey level combat with big groups of enemies everywhere. That's not the right move imo and will be a lot of the reason its nowhere near as good.
