Misleading title because i can...

...but i think either or both delay is plausible.   now envision the xbox series x launch.    MS is now entirely dependent on 3rd parties for their launch.

Also Cyberpunk isn't receiving next gen upgrades till 2021 anyway, so for series x launch it doesn't matter as much.
